Front-End Developer 

Technology & Innovation Department, Diginext


We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front-End Developer at the Diginext Technology and Innovation Department. This role is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in software development and acquire practical experience in an energetic and swift-moving setting. As a Front-End Developer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced product managers and Engineers and contribute to the development and success of our cutting-edge products.

At Diginext's TI (Technology and Innovation) Department, we take pride in our mission to play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge and efficient solutions for the Digikala Group. As the innovation and investment center of Digikala, the TI is entrusted with the responsibility of crafting short-term and mid-term solutions.


Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Write reusable code and components for future use.
  • Maintain existing features through periodic updates and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Back-End Developers to implement new features, ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience.
  • Ensure web applications are responsive across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Apply best practices for web accessibility standards to create inclusive applications.
  • Work on optimizing front-end performance to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Front-End web development.
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/ES7), including but not limited to asynchronous programming, event handling, and manipulating the DOM.
  • Strong experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Vue.js, React.js), with a preference for candidates with proficiency in our primary framework.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass or Less) and understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with TypeScript is highly valued.
  • Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems, highlighting a preference for adaptability over expertise in specific tools.
  • A good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them for optimized web pages.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an emphasis on collaborative development.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.
Additional Skills (a Plus):


  • Experience with WebSockets for real-time data communication is a plus, enhancing the interactive user experience of our applications.
  • Familiarity with SSR (Server Side Rendering) and frameworks like Nuxt.js can be beneficial, offering improved SEO and faster page-load times.
  • Experience with cross-browser development and testing.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) to ensure code reliability and quality.
