We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Back-End Developer at the Diginext Technology and Innovation Department. This role is an exceptional opportunity to continue your career in software development and acquire practical experience in an energetic and swift-moving setting. As a Back-End Developer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced product managers and Engineers and contribute to the development and success of our cutting-edge products.



The TI Studio

At Diginext's TI (Technology and Innovation) Department, we take pride in our mission to play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge and efficient solutions for the Digikala Group. As the innovation and investment center of Digikala, the TI is entrusted with the responsibility of crafting short-term and mid-term solutions.



Responsibilities: 


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver features ranging from conception to full implementation, ensuring they are thoroughly tested, both manually and through automated processes. 
  • Your focus will be on efficiency and functionality, striving for a 100% success rate.
  • Craft reusable code and components that contribute to the scalability and maintainability of our systems, fostering efficiency and innovation for future projects.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining existing features by performing periodic updates and resolving any reported bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience over time.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Front-End Developers to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the implementation of new features aligns seamlessly with our product vision and delivers an intuitive user experience.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with a preference for experience with PHP 7. x.
  • Demonstrable expertise in utilizing Composer for dependency management.
  • Proficiency in designing, querying, and optimizing MySQL databases.
  • Good understanding and practical knowledge of Redis for caching and data storage.
  • Strong command of MVC Frameworks, particularly Laravel and/or Symfony 2, with a track record of successful project implementations.
  • Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns, coupled with practical experience in implementing efficient caching mechanisms.
  • Extensive experience working with open-source RDBMS and relational databases, ensuring robust and scalable data management solutions.
  • Familiarity with Queue systems such as RabbitMQ, including practical knowledge of their integration within application architectures.
  • Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git, for efficient collaboration and code management.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including expertise in jQuery for front-end interactivity and DOM manipulation.
  • Fluency in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication skills, to effectively collaborate in a global team environment.


Additional Skills (a Plus):


  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or extreme programming, demonstrating an ability to adapt and thrive in iterative development environments.
  • Familiarity with ElasticSearch for efficient search and data analysis capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
  • Familiarity with PHP Units for unit testing and ensuring code reliability.
