C&B Managers works with hiring managers, recruiters, and other Human Resources personnel to ensure that job offers are both based on market rate and have internal equity
C&B Managers must evaluate every position and determine the proper market value for that job.
Responsibilities
Provides guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
Analyse wage and salary reports, create a comprehensive and competitive compensation program that is industry specific and aligns with organizational objectives.
Achieves HR financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances.
Designs compensation and benefits services and strategies, makes recommendations, and prepares proposals for new and improved programs based on institutional need and/or governmental changes.
Identify, select and participate in compensation surveys to analyse the company's competitive market position for each in-country location.
Reviews and develops new programs and/or existing plans to enhance retention and reduce unwanted turnover, while analysing cost and make recommendations on cost sharing.
Competencies
Professional knowledge of Iran labour law regulations
Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in matrix organization structure
Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading and auditing work
Ability to seek out information, clearly communicate information and requests and provide quality advice
Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyse data
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree in management fields preferably in HR
Over 5+ year’s relevant experience in HR compensation and benefit with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
