Job Description

The Platform Content Excellency (PCE) team's main mission is to enhance content effectiveness on sales, Seller, and customer experience by empowering sellers from the perspective of content management, elevating the conversion rate of seller/platform to boost sales, and Platform governance to ensure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Responsible for content strategy, policies, Product management, and product creation pages.
To set/edit policies and SOPs to ensure content effectiveness on sales, Seller, and customer experiences enhanced by empowering sellers from the perspective of content management
Design new and updated related automation tools
Developing, reviewing, and analyzing department KPIs and OKRs’ data
Elevate the conversion rate of the seller/platform to boost sales and Platform governance to ensure effectiveness
Data driven with analytical skills
Ability to Benchmark and Forecast Impacts to Provide Solutions by Pivotal process.

Requirements

Minimum academic and professional qualifications
Bachelor’s/master’s Degree in Business or any other related field
At least 2 years experience in Project Management and Analysis roles
End To End Ownership
Analytical and Problem-solving thinking skills
Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
Vision to understand Customer/seller needs and translate them into practical solutions
Project management skills
Data-oriented
Scope Writing
Analysis Strategy skill
