Digikala is looking for Marketing Automation Specialist. As a member of Platform Journey team, you will analyze how sellers feel, do, and think to define seller journey maps based on them to sustain and increase Average NMV growth and decrease churn rate. To design journeys, you have to define metrics to segment sellers and define actions according to the journey map and sellers’ potential. Defining Testing and tracking methods to assess the processes, journeys, actions, and communications. Platform Journey team works collaboratively with BI, Sales, Marketing, Operation, and seller marketing teams.
You will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with designers, developers, and project managers this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.
Job Description:
Analyzing seller’s experience on Digikala processes
Defining Metrics to recognizing sellers potentials and creating personalized experiences
Clarifying, facilitating and customizing Processes according to the seller’s needs
Analyzing the data to check the performance of sellers (both sales and operational side) to recognize the symptoms
Communicate and negotiate with all departments based on projects and needs
Defining seller journeys for other teams and departments based on objectives
Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
Understand and evaluate journey metrics and performance
Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze journey performance
Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates and sales growth
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Data analytics is preferred
Business analytics skills is preferred
Project management
Analytical skills
Knowledge of E-commerce industry is preferred
