We are looking for a detail-oriented Operation Specialist to join our Ad Services team. This role will involve managing and coordinating key operational tasks that support the execution of brand service activities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively with various stakeholders such as the creative studio, inventory teams, and campaign specialists. This role will also require strong communication skills to manage operations related to fill rate monitoring and traffic management across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute advertising campaigns for brands, covering Onsite spaces and Sampling activities.
Manage fill rate across all teams utilizing the available spaces, ensuring smooth and efficient use of resources.
Coordinate traffic between the project management team and the creative studio to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Work within the DKMS platform to organize, store, and retrieve relevant documents and assets efficiently.
Handle the execution of Sampling Projects, ensuring that samples are properly coordinated with inventory and distributed on time.
Provide weekly reports on the status and results of executed campaigns, including performance analysis and insights.
Required Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure all details are handled accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including the creative studio, inventory, and campaign teams.
Be accountable for tasks and ensure timely completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Must be able to anticipate operational needs and take initiative to solve problems before they escalate.
Must be able to keep track of multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines.
Ability to follow through with tasks and ensure completion to a high standard.
Capable of building strong relationships within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an operational or project management role, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
Experience working with campaign management tools and platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management and creative production processes is an asset.
