شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Digikala. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the product team to align all product plans, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the CPO and product team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Enable plan and set timelines for different activities within Product team to make the corporate deadlines.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings (basically regarding to product OKR s and product strategies), ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the decision-making process.
Facilitate to define projects dependencies based on product roadmap on quarterly basis.
Monitor and report on OKR progress, identifying potential roadblocks on achieving the targets
Collaborate with the CPO to align product strategies with company goals and objectives.
Responsible for board reporting, consolidating and validating the data from different product teams.
Responsible for Product team budgeting based on different requirements.
Responsible to keep the track of HR resources working hours on different projects and make the report for finance team on monthly basis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within a technology or e-commerce company.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working with the Chief Product Officer and product teams in aligning product plans and strategies.
Familiarity with Agile & project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
