Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Lead with expertise in .NET MVC, SQL, React Native, and on-premises technologies to guide our technical team. In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team members' career growth.
Project Oversight
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
- Lead architecture design sessions, ensuring robust and scalable designs.
- Monitor project timelines, allocate resources, and address risks proactively.
Technical Expertise
- Oversee the development and maintenance of applications using .NET MVC, SQL, and React Native.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security for on-premises infrastructures.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the team.
- Stay informed about advancements in technologies relevant to the current stack and evaluate potential integrations.
Communication and Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for leadership and CTO.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical discussions within the team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including team leadership roles.
- Strong background in .NET MVC, SQL database management, and React Native development.
- Proven experience managing on-premises systems and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in designing and implementing solutions using .NET MVC and relational databases like SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Proficiency in managing on-premises infrastructure, with knowledge of networking, servers, and storage systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile/Scrum workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Effective leadership and team-building capabilities.

Maris is a performance evaluation software designed for marketing and sales teams (MedRep, PharmaRep, and SalesRep) in companies active in the healthcare sector. Currently, we take pride in collaborating with approximately 70 pharmaceutical companies. For more than 16 years, Charsoq has been dedicated to supporting pharmaceutical companies with Maris, specializing in marketing and sales. معرفی شرکت

شرکت چارسوق را با محصول نرم افزاری به نام ماریس می شناسند.
ماریس نرم افزار سنجش عملکرد تیم بازاریابی و فروش (MedRep، PharmaRep و SalesRep) شرکت های فعال در حوزه سلامت می باشد. در حال حاضر افتخار همکاری با حدود 70 شرکت دارویی را داریم. چارسوق حدود 16 سال است که با ماریس در حوزه بازاریابی و فروش به صورت تخصصی به شرکت های دارویی کمک می کند. هدف اصلی ماریس، ارتقا اثربخشی و کارایی استراتژی ها و تیم بازاریابی و فروش است.
