Job Overview:

 Charsoq is looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our products while collaborating with various teams to execute and enhance our product strategies. If you have at least 2 years of experience in product management, especially in the tech industry, and are familiar with Agile methodologies, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shaping the Future: You’ll help defining the new features and key changes in the product for the better usage and for answering the customer needs using the roadmap and company’s vision.
  • Customer Champion: You’ll be the voice of our users in the tech team, making sure their needs are always front and center by breaking the work items into manageable tasks and prioritizing them.
  • Collaborator Extraordinaire: You’ll work closely with teams from engineering to support and data to ensure everything runs smoothly and the dependencies are removed both ways as soon as possible.
  • Data Detective: You’ll dive into the market, using your findings to prioritize the focus of your team as well as alerting the stakeholder for needed changes,
  • Peaceful Warrior: You might look like a warrior from the outside who seeks the information and put the team members on the right job to be done, but you are also the peace keeper to have a happy and centered collaboration within your team.
  • Meeting Admirer: As the person who should be aware of all the needs and changes related to the tech team, you will fall in love with lots and lots of meetings in which you will learn about the business, cooperate with team members and challenge your soft skill to the next level. 
Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management with a strong understanding of the software development process.
  • Analytical mindset to identify user needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn, improve, and evolve in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with frameworks like Scrum is a plus.
  • Educational background in a relevant field (business, engineering, etc.) is preferred but not required.

شرکت چارسوق را با محصول نرم افزاری به نام ماریس می شناسند.
ماریس نرم افزار سنجش عملکرد تیم بازاریابی و فروش (MedRep، PharmaRep و SalesRep) شرکت های فعال در حوزه سلامت می باشد. در حال حاضر افتخار همکاری با حدود 70 شرکت دارویی را داریم. چارسوق حدود 16 سال است که با ماریس در حوزه بازاریابی و فروش به صورت تخصصی به شرکت های دارویی کمک می کند. هدف اصلی ماریس، ارتقا اثربخشی و کارایی استراتژی ها و تیم بازاریابی و فروش است.
در حال حاضر با اتکا به یک تیم جوان و پر انگیزه، به دنبال توسعه و بهبود فرآیند های بازاریابی و فروش مبتنی بر داده هستیم. با بررسی آینده بازاریابی داده محور و هوش مصنوعی در دنیای امروز، به دنبال توسعه ماریس هستیم تا مشتریان ما بتوانند با استفاده از داده ها و اطلاعات بازار، استراتژی های بازاریابی خود را تدوین و اجرای آن ها را کنترل کنند.

5- فعالیت در نظام صنفی یارانه ای
6- لیدر بازاریابی دارویی مبتنی بر داده
7- آموزش و ارائه خدمات مشاوره، منتورینگ و کوچینگ به مدیران ارشد صنعت سلامت
8- ارائه خدمات تحقیقات بازار به شرکت هایی مانند سانوفی و رش
