Job Purpose

The Social Media Specialist at Khodro45 plays a crucial role in shaping the company's online presence and brand identity. This position involves developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and have a passion for the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms

Monitor and respond to audience interactions

Strategy and Planning

Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns

Audience Engagement

Build and nurture a community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.

Monitor social media channels for trends, industry news, and competitor activities, using insights to adapt strategies as needed.

Influencer and Partnership Management

Identify and establish relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.

Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
