شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a member of our Product Design team at KHODRO45, you will be responsible for overseeing the user experience from concept to final execution. The main goal is to provide a simple, transparent and user-friendly process for car sales.

As a Product Designer, you lead a dedicated feature or project, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in collaboration. You will identify areas for improvement in our processes, uncover challenges through in-depth research, and develop innovative solutions. You will not only design and validate these solutions, but also ensure their successful implementation.

 

Responsibilities

As a product designer at Khodro45, you will play a central role in enhancing the car sales experience for users. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Understanding the needs of sellers: conducting comprehensive research to deeply understand the challenges and expectations of car sellers using the khodro45 platform.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces: Create designs that make using the platform simple and enjoyable for sellers and enhance their overall experience.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to ensure your designs are aligned with user feedback and technical feasibility.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and perform usability testing to evaluate and improve new features, ensuring they meet high standards of vendor satisfaction.
  • Continuous data-driven improvement: Analyze user feedback and data to iteratively refine your designs and deliver the best possible experience for sellers.
  • Strengthening the vendor perspective: Act as an advocate for vendors on the product team and ensure that their needs and concerns are considered in product decisions.
  • Document Design Decisions: Accurately document and share design principles and decisions to maintain clarity and consistency across teams working on the automotive sales platform.
  • Mentoring and knowledge sharing: Support the growth of other designers on the team by sharing your knowledge and experience, guiding them through their projects and fostering collective success.
