● Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to both patient and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences. ● Align marketing strategies with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and growth. ● Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, behaviors, and preferences within the digital health landscape. ● Work closely with the tech team to develop product roadmaps, features, and updates that align with marketing strategies and customer needs. ● Ensure that product development initiatives are market-driven and customer-focused. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new product or sub-brand launches. ● Develop and implement GTM strategies that ensure successful product introductions and market adoption. ● Develop compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences, including patients and HCPs. ● Craft clear and persuasive communication roadmaps for existing customers, including product updates, feature releases, and success stories. ● Ensure coordinated efforts across sales, product development, customer support, and marketing to enhance customer experience, brand health, and business target achievements. ● Implement strategic outreach and collaboration initiatives to identify, engage, and cultivate new affiliates and partners. ● Develop and implement effective pricing strategies and market positioning to inform the development of competitive pricing models. Continuously assess and adjust pricing strategies based on market feedback and competitive analysis. ● Ensure financial alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and optimize ROI on marketing spend. ● Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. ● Implement feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and product offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
+5 years of experience in product marketing or branding roles.
Master in Marketing principals, branding and go-to-market strategies.
Deep understanding of PLM, affiliate marketing, market research and financial statements.
Experience of working in SaaS companies is preferred.
Average knowledge of digital marketing.
Certificates in communication, brand management, project management, marketing finance or related studies is a plus.
