We’re now looking for a Product Manager to join our team, someone who can identify meaningful customer and business problems, turn them into clear product opportunities, and drive solutions from discovery to delivery and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Own the product lifecycle from discovery and problem definition to delivery, launch, and iteration.
Identify and analyze customer needs, business challenges, and operational pain points, translating them into clear product requirements and opportunities.
Define and prioritize product initiatives, features, and backlog based on user impact, business value, data, and technical constraints.
Develop PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation to align teams around clear outcomes.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
Define and track product KPIs and success metrics, using data and customer insights to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze product behavior to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Identify friction across key user journeys and continuously improve activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
Contribute to product roadmap planning and ensure priorities remain aligned with broader business goals.
Coordinate feature launches and continuously evaluate outcomes after release to drive further improvements.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related product role.
Proven experience owning products or features from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration.
Strong ability to turn complex customer and business problems into clear, actionable product requirements.
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, analyzing product metrics, and making data-informed decisions.
Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and customer-centric product development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Bonus Points

Experience working in B2B environments, especially within logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or operations-focused platforms.
Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
Understanding of APIs, backend systems, and modern software development concepts.
Experience working on high-traffic products or products with complex operational workflows.
Experience optimizing key product funnels such as acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
