We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead who is both a strong engineer and a people leader — someone who enjoys building systems, mentoring developers, and owning technical outcomes end to end.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers
Stay hands-on while guiding architecture and core technical decisions
Own the scalability, reliability, and performance of critical systems
Collaborate closely with product and business teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions
Review code and set high engineering standards
Drive architectural discussions and technical roadmap
Improve observability, reliability, and deployment pipelines

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
2+ years leading or mentoring engineers
Strong backend expertise (Laravel, Node.js, or similar)
Solid system design and database knowledge (MySQL, distributed systems experience is a plus)
Experience running production systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Strong decision-making and communication skills
Ability to balance technical quality with fast-moving business needs

Bonus Points

Experience building high-scale platforms (logistics, fintech, marketplaces)
Event-driven systems (Kafka, Debezium, streaming architectures)
Performance tuning and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
Passion for growing engineers and building healthy teams
