We are on the lookout for a "Senior Operations Specialist" to join the AloPeyk Fleet team. Together, we aim to collaborate on a platform that facilitates logistics for both companies and individuals.

Responsibilities expected from our new colleague include:

Monitor and optimize daily operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies.
Collaborate with various teams (such as sales, marketing, and finance) to develop and execute operational strategies that support the organization's overall objectives.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage and lead operational projects, including planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
Support the development and training of operational teams.
Maintain constant communication with customers or business partners to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on all operational activities.

Skills required for this position include:

Significant experience in operations or project management.
Strong analytical ability and proficiency in handling large and complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to lead and manage teams towards common goals.
Familiarity with project management and data analysis software.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
