We are on the lookout for a "Senior Biker Retention Specialist" to join the AloPeyk Fleet team. Together, we aim to collaborate on a platform that facilitates logistics for both companies and individuals.

Responsibilities expected from our new colleague include:

Increase the number of successful journeys by ambassadors.
Reactivate inactive ambassadors.
Define and implement campaigns to change specific behaviors in active ambassadors.
Define and conduct necessary research to find answers to business questions and ambiguities.

Skills required for this position include:

Ability to identify business needs and problems and convert them into a paper-based issue.
Ability to identify data and reports needed to solve a business problem.
Data analysis skills, preparing relevant reports from data.
Ability to define and implement campaigns to solve problems using data and received reports.
Ability to compose and document reports on implemented actions.
Professional proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in formatting reports and presentation files in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software.
