شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities :

Lead a cross functional team to deliver quality features of value to our customers.
Be hands on! Contribute to development across the entire stack from the back-end down to the infrastructure that the platform runs on.
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable & reliable systems.
Ensure that the team is able to support the services it builds through monitoring, logging, tracing & ...
Answers questions and resolves issues brought forth by the engineering team members.
Coach & mentor junior engineers via pairing, design review & code review.
Hires, trains, and supervises engineering staff members.
Collaborate regularly with product owner and other stack holders to clarify and convert business problem into technical tasks and stories.

Requirements :

Exceptional amount of industry experience in software development & design.
Proven experience in one or more of the following: Typescript, Node.Js .
Experience in monitoring and logging systems.
Proven experience leading and line managing high performance teams.
A drive to get things done in a collaborative, agile development environment.
A proven ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with React and/or React-native would be an advantage.
Experience of operating in a DevOps culture would be an advantage(CI/CD, Docker).
