شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing products, teams, and client relationships, while ensuring smooth internal processes and meeting the highest standards in communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the key interface between the team and clients, ensuring client expectations are managed effectively and that team members are shielded from unnecessary pressure.

2. Expertly manage product development through Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in implementing these frameworks within teams.

3. Oversee project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met through effective time management and prioritization.

4. Create, manage, and update comprehensive documentation including PRDs, email communications, and other written formats to ensure clear communication across clients and customers.

5. Utilize tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion to track project progress, assign tasks, and ensure alignment across teams.

6. Facilitate meetings, negotiate with clients, and resolve conflicts to ensure the best outcomes for the team and product.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on managing teams and products.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Proven ability to solve problems and think critically in high-pressure situations.

4. Excellent time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.

5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

6. Skilled in client negotiation and conflict resolution during meetings.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in the FinTech industry.
2. Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and practices.
