- Proficiently navigating Jira and Confluence to manage and document support tickets and processes.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence for managing support tickets and documentation efficiently.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems, including basic command-line operations and system navigation.
- Basic understanding of monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana for system performance monitoring and analysis.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, as well as awareness of non-relational databases.
- Understanding of network and connectivity concepts, including basic TCP/IP protocols and network troubleshooting.
Non Technical Requirements:
- Strong ability to identify and understand the needs of clients.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen attention to detail.
