شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager who is sharp, smart, and exceptionally organized, with a knack for systematic thinking. The APM will play a pivotal role in content management, feature testing, supervising team processes, preparing product requirement documents, and conducting product/market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:
- Prioritize and manage knowledge base articles.
- Define compelling titles for knowledgebase content based on user needs.
- Create and maintain product content descriptions for knowledge bases, new landing pages, social media, and other platforms.
Testing Developed Features:
- Conduct thorough testing of new features on our website, user panel, and products.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Process Supervision:
- Oversee and ensure the efficiency of processes across teams.
- Manage ad-hoc development requests and monitor their execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and policy application regarding customer interactions.
- Track and analyze metrics related to newly developed features to gauge performance and impact.
Product Requirement Documentation:
- Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for development requests.
- Collaborate with the development team to clarify and specify feature requirements.
Product/Market Research:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.
- Analyze competitors and provide insights for strategic positioning and product development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, content creation, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and systematic thinking abilities.
Proficient in conducting research and data analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
