FaraDars is looking for an entry-level, Associate Product Manager to join our team in our Tehran office. The Associate Product Manager will manage the successful development and implementation of the product from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Product Manager will assist the category director to identify, strategizing, and executing against the product marketing roadmap and help drive incremental profitable product/sales opportunities for the assigned categories;
Review market data and complete an informative analysis of findings;
Draft and distribute product briefs to ensure the smooth introduction of each new release;
Work with clients to understand their unique needs;
Capture and share client feedback with the team to best investigate ways to create a solution;
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure features and functionality are meeting market needs in new and innovative ways;
Report the success of the products and strategize improvements needed;
Run daily rituals like scrum, backlog grooming, and planning;
Monitor the progress of issues and provide solutions for the development team.

Requirements:

B.S. degree required; graduate degree preferred;
2+ years of product management experience;
Experience with agile software development;
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Technical literacy or an interest in developing it;
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines;
Have worked cross-functionally to drive projects to successful delivery;
Have a passion for Faradars’ mission.
