Responsibilities
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
provide attendance data of employees, like absences and leaves
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
Purchase of office supplies and equipment
Organize company events
Follow up the recruitment process along with the HR department
Provide orientations for new employees by explaining company policies
Collaborate on launching new business projects
Collaborate with other teams in advancing projects at peak times
Requirements
Related education or experience in human resources or related fields
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Reporting Ability
Intermediate English skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
