Job description
We're seeking a dedicated and thoughtful UX Researcher to work within our Driver Product team in a rapidly expanding, dynamic organization. You will bring an approach to the research grounded in humility and empathy, elevating the experiences and needs of Snapp drivers to shape product vision and decisions. You demonstrate a depth of understanding and application of a wide range of research methodologies and feel at home as you shift between generative, evaluative, qualitative, and quantitative research studies. Working closely with the Director of User Research, you will engage with teams across Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The right candidate will be equally skilled in facilitating thoughtful conversations with both internal stakeholders, customers, and research participants. Transforming those conversations into detailed research plans and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Define UX metrics in the Driver vertical. (Overall experience to 1.3x)
- Run usability tests over certain features. (RFM to 1.2x)
- Using a wide range of user experience research software and tools
- Excellent skills to work with Data Analysts to deliver both qualitative and quantitative results
- Leading research at different parts of the product development process, from discovery to delivery
