Work closely with the Drivers Club team to develop social media campaigns and Contents that help to achieve Drivers Loyalty program goals. Develop, manage and track timelines for the day-to-day delivery of work.
content development such as paid media planning and corresponding creative, development of creative direction in the form of CSRs, ideation, and optimization of social media efforts, and reporting
Develop weekly/monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
Monitor the related social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
Analyze thelong-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing
Collaborate with other departments (customer support, Commercial, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Requirements:
Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
Excellent Idea development, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills, Content Creation
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of CRM and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
