شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer specializing in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) or Golang to join Zarrino’s engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop secure, scalable, and reliable backend services, take ownership of features from design to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, maintainable systems. Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, reliable backend services and APIs.
Own features end-to-end from analysis and design to deployment and production monitoring.
Collaborate with Product and contribute to architecture, service boundaries, and technical trade-offs.
Build event-driven integrations with RabbitMQ and optimize PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch usage.
Improve performance, reliability, scalability, availability, observability, and production stability.
Write clean, testable code with unit, integration, and API tests.
Review code, mentor engineers, document key technical decisions, and improve engineering standards.
Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployments.
Manage technical debt, identify risks early, and provide realistic estimates.

Core Requirements:

6+ years of professional backend development experience
Strong professional experience with C#/.NET/ASP.NET Core or Go
Strong knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns, and maintainable system design
Hands-on experience with microservices, distributed systems, and RabbitMQ or similar message brokers
Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including modeling, indexing, and query optimization
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, and RESTful API design, including security, validation, versioning, and OpenAPI
Experience with unit, integration, and API testing, Git, and code review workflows
Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automated delivery processes
Experience with observability, production troubleshooting, secure coding, authentication, authorization, and data security
Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, technical decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Senior-Level Expectations:

Own outcomes and lead features or services from idea to production
Make and clearly explain technical decisions and trade-offs
Identify risks early and balance speed, quality, complexity, and maintainability
Avoid over-engineering while improving architecture, engineering standards, and team capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing

AI-Assisted Development:

AI-assisted development is part of the software engineering workflow at Zarrino.
Senior engineers are expected to use AI effectively where appropriate, including for implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, technical research, documentation, code review, and engineering automation.
AI-assisted development is not a substitute for engineering judgment or ownership. Engineers remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated output and ensuring that all delivered software meets our standards for correctness, security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Nice to Have:

Professional experience with both .NET and Go
Experience with event-driven systems, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, and legacy modernization
Experience with highly available systems, performance profiling, load testing, incident response, and production improvement.
