شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for someone who can understand a product problem and make things around it: a working prototype, a small internal tool, an automated workflow, a data investigation, or an AI-assisted system that helps the team work better.

You’ll work alongside Product Managers and collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and other teams across Zarinpal.


What you’ll do:

  • Turn early ideas and product questions into working prototypes that we can use, test, and learn from.
  • Build small tools, scripts, services, automations, and AI-assisted workflows for the product team and adjacent teams.
  • Use modern AI coding and agentic tools to build, investigate, test, automate, and iterate.
  • Explore product problems through users, existing behavior, data, system flows, and technical constraints.
  • Investigate how the product actually behaves by tracing flows across APIs, databases, logs, datasets, and existing systems.
  • Work with PMs to shape solutions and test important assumptions before committing to larger builds.
  • Document what matters: behavior, decisions, findings, and enough technical context for others to understand and continue the work.
  • Use what you learn from prototypes, investigations, and experiments to make product decisions clearer and the next iteration better grounded.

What we’re looking for:

You enjoy building things and are comfortable learning what you need along the way.

You should have:

  • Practical programming ability and the confidence to turn an idea into a working piece of software.
  • A working understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and basic software architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, or strong motivation and ability to become very good at using them.
  • The ability to turn an unclear problem into something that can be investigated, built, and tested.
  • Comfort working with data and checking assumptions against evidence.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Curiosity about both how a product should work for its users and how the system underneath it actually works.
Fintech or payment experience is a plus.

What matters most is evidence of what you can understand, make, test, and improve. Projects, prototypes, automations, experiments, and small tools all count including work created with extensive use of AI tools.
