Job Description

Monitor network, servers, and infrastructure services
Detect and respond to alarms, outages, and performance issues
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate incidents when required
Monitor connectivity, bandwidth usage, and system availability
Create, update, and follow incident tickets and operational reports
Follow operational procedures and escalation processes
Coordinate with SysAdmin, Network, Security, and technical support teams
Ensure continuous monitoring during assigned shifts
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and actions taken

Requirements

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching)
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage incidents efficiently
Experience with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar tools is an advantage
English reading and communication skills preferred
Ability to work in rotating shifts (12/24 - 12/48 schedule)
