We are looking for a Sales & Partnership Manager (B2C) to support WallGold’s growth through organizational sales, strategic partnerships, and scalable distribution initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to expanding WallGold’s market presence by developing commercial relationships that create value for both organizations and consumer-facing businesses, while supporting sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute organizational sales initiatives that position WallGold as a value-added financial solution within corporate benefit and engagement programs.
Design and manage scalable sales models that enable organizations to provide financial value to their end users through WallGold’s platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key organizational stakeholders, including HR, rewards, and business leaders.
Identify and develop strategic B2C partnerships that support WallGold’s growth objectives and market expansion.
Structure partnership frameworks that enable WallGold to be integrated into partner ecosystems as a complementary financial offering.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to support the launch and optimization of joint initiatives and partner-driven experiences.
Build and manage a B2C sales pipeline from opportunity identification through deal closure.
Track sales and partnership performance using defined KPIs and continuously improve commercial outcomes.
Analyze market trends and customer segments to identify new growth opportunities and distribution channels.
Represent partner and customer perspectives internally to support product development and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in B2C, fintech, platform-based, or digital product environments.
Experience with organizational or solution-based selling.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
Solid understanding of commercial models, partnerships, and revenue structures.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, legal, and operations.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Interest in fintech, digital financial products, or innovative investment solutions is a strong plus.
