شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate our product roadmap delivery, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work closely with tech leads to mitigate delivery risks and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap Coordination: Manage and coordinate the delivery of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential delivery risks and work closely with tech leads to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with tech leads to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of our delivery pipeline.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure their successful execution.
Team Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to continually enhance project management processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMBOK).
Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Risk Management: Proven experience in identifying and managing project risks.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent at troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure project success.

Risk & Efficiency Management: Identifying risks, collaborating with tech leads, and enhancing delivery efficiency.
