About The Role
In the Snapp Design team, we empower people to own their work end-to-end. In our team, you'll be responsible for taking a holistic approach to the experience, from discovery to delivery, always balancing customer interests with product and business requirements.

As a product designer, you will be assigned to one or two product verticals, will participate in meetings, and will interact with stakeholders. You’ll work to improve internal processes, identify problems through research and observation, and design wireframes to test and implement solutions. Additionally, you’ll leverage your knowledge and experience to support and mentor other designers on the team.

Responsibilities

  • Using research, data, and user insights to create high-quality wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes that address customer and business needs
  • Collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, user researchers, and UX writers in a distributed team to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions
  • Bringing fresh ideas and design-driven insights to inspire the team and engage stakeholders across product and business functions
  • Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data along with user research to inform design choices and validate solutions
  • Maintaining clear documentation of the design process and ensuring alignment with Snapp’s design system for consistency across projects
  • Taking responsibility for the end-to-end design of features or projects, from concept to execution and beyond
  • Reviewing release performance, gathering learnings, and implementing enhancements to deliver better user outcomes over time
  • Defining project requirements clearly and ensuring the design details are effectively translated into implementation
Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with a focus on mobile, and a portfolio showcasing your design process, strong visual skills, and achieved outcomes
  • Proficiency in user research and the ability to articulate design decisions based on user needs and business goals
  • A self-starter, taking full responsibility for tasks, addressing challenges proactively, and seeking solutions while collaborating openly
  • Ability to understand the technical implications of design decisions and deliver pixel-perfect production assets with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong design skills across Android, web, and iOS platforms, with a solid grasp of visual design principles such as layout, spacing, and more
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, ego-free, and cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to effectively understand and prioritize user needs and experiences to deliver meaningful solutions
  • A constant learner, eager to grow both personally and professionally alongside the team
  • Proficiency in English to ensure clear and effective communication
