About Snapp
Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone
owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation

About the Team
The Data Center team guarantees that the whole infrastructure works in a scalable and resilient
manner, quite reliable and secure. We are trying to benefit from the latest technologies and
deliver the expected performance to meet the demands of our growing business.
As data centers run 24 hours per day, we may need to work in the evenings or weekends. We
may also need to be on call to work when technical issues occur.
About the Role
As a Trainee NOC Specialist in Snapp, you will be having a positive contribution to the Data
Center Team to work on Incident management process (Monitoring, Reporting, Following Up
and Troubleshooting), supporting 7*24 Day/Night, planning, deployment, and documentation.
you will be motivated and focused on growing your knowledge circle alongside a professional
Team.

Responsibilities:
● Collaboration with the teammates in the data center and cloud teams
● Supporting 7*24 Day/Night. (12hrs Shift , 24hrs Rest)
● Checking all monitoring system’s dashboards along the shift time and following Incident
Management Process (IMP) during the incident time.
● Active contribution to the planning and implementation phases of projects

Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications
● Professional Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or
equivalent.
● Possessing a Network + certification is required
● Familiar with routing, switching, and troubleshooting skills
● Able to work both independently and as a team
● Hardworking, initiative, and self-motivated with a positive & proactive working attitude.
● Exhibits mature organization and time management skills
● Good communication skills in English
● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
Preferred Qualifications (optional)
● Having prior experience with Zabbix Server would be an advantage
● Familiar with Unix-based operating systems such as Ubuntu, Centos
● Having prior work experience with one of the Monitoring services
● Familiar with Monitoring concepts
