شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a leading technology company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions. We are seeking a skilled Network and Infrastructure to join our dynamic team and contribute to the maintenance and optimization of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure issues promptly.
Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and manage servers, cloud services, and virtualization platforms.
Implement security measures to protect data and infrastructure.
Provide solutions and maintain Content Delivery Network (CDN) infrastructure.
Document network configurations and maintain up-to-date records.

Requirements:
Networking & Infrastructure:
• Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking
• Hands-on experience with routers and switches (Cisco, MikroTik, HP, Juniper)
• Proficient in firewall configuration and management (especially FortiGate, MikroTik, UTM solutions)
• Deep knowledge of VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP
• Designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available network infrastructures

Operating Systems & Virtualization:
• Expert in Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Rocky, etc.) and Windows Server
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere/ESXi and KVM
• Hands-on with vCenter, creating and managing VMs, snapshots, vMotion, HA/DRS
• Backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation
• Familiarity with tools like Veeam, Bacula, or Barman

Security & Access Control:
• Experience setting up and managing VPNs (IPSec, L2TP, OpenVPN)
• AAA, RADIUS, and Active Directory integration
• Proficient with NAT, port forwarding, and access control (ACLs)
• Security event monitoring and incident response (SIEM, syslog, log collection)

Monitoring & Operations:
• Familiar with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack
• System, network, and service monitoring and alerting
• Ability to define alert thresholds and automate responses to incidents

Additional Skills:
• Strong documentation and knowledge sharing skills
• Experience working closely with DevOps, SRE, and InfoSec teams
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, bash scripting)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory, but a big plus):
• Fortinet NSE 4 or higher
• CCNA / CCNP
• VMware VCP
• LPIC-1/2
• MCSA / MCSE
