شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Data and Analytics Business Partner, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the data analytics team and key business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data and analytics solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives, focusing on data products, the data value chain, and market analysis to maximize value from data assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on data and analytics matters.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and translate them into data and analytics requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to improve business processes, optimize performance, and drive growth, focusing on data products, the data value chain, and market analysis.
  • Define and manage data-driven projects, working closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of data products.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data and analytics, and identify opportunities to apply these insights within the organization, with a focus on data products, the data value chain, and market analysis.
Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and 5 years of analytics and/or reporting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic management, with 5+ years leading data initiatives in a business unit or organization.
  • Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (i.e. SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Python/R, Tableau) to extract data and synthesize into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with advanced data architectures (e.g., data mesh, data fabric) and data science technologies from leading providers, such as Azure projects, Airflow, Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake.
  • Strong discernment and ability to translate business questions into data requirements
  • Excellent communication, process management, and project leadership skills
  • Experience working on data products, data warehouses, and/or other data-centric software solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation and follow-through
