شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with our Engineering Department (Tech and Product) and play a key role in OD and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to the team, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering leadership to identify and address HR needs.
Lead initiatives in organizational development and employee performance.
Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally working with technical or engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, with a focus on talent development, performance management, and organizational growth.
3 years of experience
