About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Associate Product Manager to join our team (Rayan Zarin) and play a crucial
role in shaping our wealth management application, where we seamlessly integrate
investment opportunities with banking solutions. In this role, you will work closely with
product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to drive product enhancements,
improve user experience, and ensure our solutions meet both business and customer needs.

Responsibilities:


  •  Assist in developing and executing the product roadmap, backlog, and release plan for the wealth management platform.
  •  Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product features and prioritize initiatives.
  •  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer pain points.
  •  Gather and analyze customer feedback and data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
  •  Write and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Support the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of features by working with cross-functional teams.
  •  Monitor product performance metrics, assess the impact of new releases, and recommend improvements.
  •  Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows to enhance team productivity.
  •  Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Requirements:
Must-Have:


  •  Strong understanding of wealth management, investment platforms, and banking solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to develop high quality product documentation.
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality
  • and efficiency.
Nice to Have:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  •  1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field within fintech, banking, or investments.
  •  Experience in UX research and design thinking methodologies.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance in fintech.
