شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a skilled and versatile data professional with more than 5 years of experience to join our team as a Data Analyst and BI Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to inform business decisions, as well as designing and developing engaging and insightful business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:  

  • Collect and organize data from various sources to support BI development   
  • Cleanse and transform data for analysis and dashboard creation   
  • Apply data analytics techniques, such as data mining, statistical analysis and forecasting to uncover insights from data 
  • Further development, adjustment of existing KPIs and KPI governance 
  • Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using standard design principles and best practices  
  • Create compelling data stories to engage stakeholders   
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and priorities   
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in BI systems  
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the BI and data analytics space  
  • Provide training and support to business users of BI systems 
  • Working closely with the data team to identify business needs and execute data modeling techniques for comprehensive analysis 
Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field  
  • More than 5 years of experience. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy  
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, R and Python programming  
  • Strong experience with BI tools and technologies, particularly for dashboard design and development, such as Tableau, Metabase or Power BI  
  • Experience with data storytelling and creating compelling narratives from data  
  • Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
