شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Data Analytics Business Partner to join our Data and Analytics team. This role will serve as a critical liaison between our data team and various business units, with a focus on leveraging data insights to drive business growth, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between the data analytics team and key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and translate them into data and analytics requirements.
  • Define and manage data-driven projects, working closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of actionable outcomes.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify target audiences, and maximize ROI.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and enhance the use of data in daily operations, including data analytics and sales and marketing analysis.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data and analytics, and identify opportunities to apply these insights within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Develop and maintain reports and KPIs that provide visibility into key business metrics, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of various data sources and how they are used, including but not limited to sales, customer, merchant, etc.
  • Strong discernment and ability to translate business questions into data requirements.
  • Excellent communication, process management, and project leadership skills.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and advocate for the value of data analytics within the organization.
  • Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Python/R, Tableau) to extract data and synthesize actionable insights.
  • Executive presence and negotiation skills.
