شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js.
Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities:

Developing new user-facing features using React.js
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good project management skills.

Good to know the following:

Familiarity with the concepts of trading systems, accounting and receiving payments
Getting to know the concepts of financial markets (stock market, insurance, bank, cryptocurrencies...)
Familiarity with Swagger, Postman software , Web Socket

شرکت توسعه فناوری زانیس با هدف خلق بسترهای نوین و کاربردی در اکو سیستم فینتک در سال ۱۳۹۹ آغاز به کار کرده است .
در این سال‌ها همواره هدف و چشم‌انداز ما خلق بسترهایی بوده تا فرآیندها در حوزه فینتک و بازارهای مالی را قابل دسترس تر و ساده تر کند. ما در زانیس با تکیه بر دانش فنی هسته اصلی شرکت اقدام به تشکیل تیم‌های خود سازمانده(Self organized) و خود مختار(Autonomous) نمودیم و در این مسیر تیم‌هایی تشکیل شده‌اند که با یادگیری مداوم و اشتراک دانش و تجربه به سمت تشکیل یک تیم ممتاز حرکت می کنند. اعضای این تیم‌ها افرادی هستند که: ۱- تجربیات خود را به اشتراک می‌گذارند و نتیجه محور هستند. ۲- در حال یادگیری مداوم هستند و به یکدیگر آموزش می‌دهند. ۳- ایده‌ها را نقد می‌کنند نه شخص ایده‌دهنده را. ۴- به یکدیگر اعتماد دارند و روابط بر پایه اعتماد شکل می‌گیرد. ۵- مسئولیت وظایف خود را به عهده می‌گیرند و در قبال آن پاسخگو هستند.
