Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Manage and oversee multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain accurate records, track progress, and generate reports on recruitment activities.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber candidates for diverse positions.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
