As a WordPress Support Specialist, you assist customers with their questions or issues relating to our products (we have several WordPress plugins and themes). Communicate with them using messaging platforms such as email, chat, social media, help desk system, etc.
A customer's satisfaction is very important in addition to solving his/her problem. Please do not apply if you don’t have WordPress skills!!!
Qualifications
Excellent reading and writing skills in English
Having skills in WordPress (Themes & Plugins)
Having good communication skill
Handling customer support cases through multiple channels such as email & chat system submission
Create and follow up new tasks for incidents/issues from incoming tickets
Interact with customers and the technical team
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of basic computer functions
Capacity to handle multiple tasks
Ability to conduct and complete Company business in a professional and ethical manner
A full-time employee must be able to work remotely and have access to a reliable internet connection
