شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position: Permanent Contract - Game Designer
Company: badbadak haft aseman
Location: Tehran

Responsibilities:

Lead Game Design: Drive the game design through all production phases—from concept to implementation, balance, and release.
Mechanics and Storyline Development: Design, define, and maintain all game mechanics, character use, storylines, asset lists, AI behaviors, text, and dialogue with comprehensive documentation.
UI and Level Design: Assist in the overall design of UI screens, supporting screens, and game levels.
Curricular Design: Design curricular elements of the gameplay experience with support and input from feedback and test sessions.
Quality Assurance: Review game deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
Documentation: Write and maintain detailed game design documentation.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience: Game design experience on 3 or more published projects.
Passion: A passion for creating high-quality games.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of current trends and usage in all areas of gaming (PC, consoles, mobile, browser, social, etc.).
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of contemporary video games and web 3.0 industry practices.
Creativity: Strong creative and editorial skills.
Technical Understanding: Ability to understand technical parameters as they apply to design implementations.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within cross-functional teams, including marketing.

Pluses:

Attention to Detail: Outstanding attention to detail.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Monday, Google docs and/or other project management tools.
Scripting: Basic knowledge in scripting languages.
Game Engine Experience: Experience with a game engine (ideally Unity).
