Position Overview: - He/she should be able to understand the customer concern, analyze and give solution accordingly. - He/she will be responsible for operational issues and findings. - He/she will be involved in all the New Change Requests/ Business requirements for technical discussions with the customer and internal team. - He/she will be involved in the patch movement/Night Activities and discussion for the analysis on the dependencies and if there are any Issues in moving any projects/Issues to production.
Essential Job Functions / KRA’s: - Maintaining and ensuring system’s operability and up-time - Responding to customer inquiries and demands - Participating in internal and customer meetings - Investigating and resolving technical issues and problems - Frequent and continuous reporting
Required Skill Set: - Should have strong problem solving, analytical skills, and good communication. - Quick learner with strong initiative. - Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment. - Hands-on experience in Oracle /PLSQL. - Good domain knowledge and experience in VAS. - Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project
Experience Level / Years of Experience: - Candidate should have at-least 0-3 years of working experience in telecom.
