Responsible for delivering complete suite of solutions including core products, customisation, configuration, localisation, system integration, SIT, UAT, Deployment, Delivery and DevOps led delivery.
Understanding of BSS domain covering – Partner management, Loyalty, CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog / Catalog driven Order management, Inventory management, Middleware, SOA services, Microservice architecture knowhow, Billing Collections, Invoicing.
Good understanding of System Integration, Program management, program governance, handling multiple stakeholders in Client organisation (IT, Business, Operations).
Prepare project plans, track, report progress, manage time, budget, quality.
Manage a team of SI. Test, Deployment and development leads.
Manage, avoid / contain risks – mitigation plan.
Understanding of migration of Legacy functionality, data, business processes, configurations to new stack.
Ability to collaborate with various internal teams and deliver to commitments.
Own change management with customers and helping them in adapting to the new stack.
Building strong relationships with customer, IT, Business, Operations stakeholders and manage risks, escalations

Proven experience in large & complex program, diversified customers, stakeholder and team management.
Good in managing teams, mentoring, setting goals, tracking goals, driving innovation in teams
Experience working in Onsite-Offshore model and close working with Account management, delivery, architecture and solution consulting teams
Explicit experience as an Agile Scrum Master of an Agile delivery team, preferably in a variety of situations including large organizations
