We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. If you have a passion for HR, a strong understanding of HR practices, and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to:

Managing the recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Assisting with employee benefits administration and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Handling employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism, promoting a positive work environment.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Supporting HR initiatives and projects to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

At least, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
Proven experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
