شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our company is expanding its product design team and is looking for a "Product Design Supervisor" with exceptional experience and creativity. In this role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities as a design leader.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the product design process from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including UIUX, development, marketing, and project management.
  • Evaluating the quality and credibility of design projects.
  • Enhancing design standards.
  • Develop a product design strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure alignment of products with customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement of designs.
  • Familiarity with User Research methods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design.
  • Excellent skills in using Figma.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage time and projects.
  • Effective communication with various teams and managers.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and skills to team members.
