About Us

Taskulu helps thousands of businesses around the world to manage their tasks, communicate and be more productive.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized customer success specialist to join our team.

About The Role

You'll be responsible to:

Provide excellent support to customer inquiries via email, phone, and video call to understand their needs and ensure their success with Taskulu.
Respond quickly and delightfully to clients through all channels (email, phone).
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the Taskulu team.
Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they understand the full potential of Taskulu.
Understand and prioritize resolution on customer issues.
Onboard new customers.
Fulfill other related duties as assigned.

Your Experience & Skills

0-2 years relevant professional experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with project management and productivity tools.
Superb written and verbal communication skills in Farsi.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
BA Degree in industrial engineering, business management, or any relevant field.

Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Thursdays 9am to 2pm.
