We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Transformation Specialist to take ownership of modernizing our internal workflows and standardizing our operational pipelines. In this role, you will be the individual driver who executes the practical changes needed to shift our company toward scalable, standardized, and AI-enabled operations.
No Computer Science or hardcore coding background is required. We welcome professionals from Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or analytical fields. What matters most is your ability to understand process optimization, standardize workflows, and practically integrate modern AI tools into daily operations.

Job Description

Map out, analyze, and standardize operational workflows and software delivery pipelines across the organization.
Integrate modern AI solutions (e.g., AI copilots, automated documentation tools, intelligent document processing, and task automation) into existing team workflows.
Identify operational bottlenecks, redundant manual tasks, or unstructured processes and actively build automated, reproducible, and standardized replacements.
Write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow templates, and guidelines to ensure all teams follow unified operational standards.
Work hands-on alongside technical and operational teams to help them adopt new tools, automated workflows, and standardized pipeline practices smoothly.

Requirements

A degree or practical background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Management, or a related analytical field (Computer Science is not required).
2+ years of hands-on experience in process optimization, workflow standardization, operations analysis, or technical project execution.
Strong practical understanding of process mapping, pipeline standardization, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Jira automation, Zapier, n8n, or basic scripting/APIs).
A solid understanding of how modern AI tools function (e.g., LLM capabilities, automation copilots, intelligent workflow routing) and how to apply them to solve daily operational bottlenecks.
A proactive, individual-contributor mindset with the ability to take full ownership of process inefficiencies and implement clean, standardized solutions.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience building custom automated workflows using no-code/low-code AI automation platforms.
