شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing to join our innovative engineering team. You'll design and deploy cutting-edge algorithms across the full spectrum of NLP applications - from speech processing to text processing/generation, local LLM optimization to agentic systems. Our projects cover diverse domains and challenging real-world problems in language understanding and generation.

Experience & Background:

3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering with focus on NLP and shipped products
Strong software engineering background with backend development experience using Python stack
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; proactive and curious mindset

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with NLP algorithms and tools
Strong understanding of core NLP concepts
Knowledge of speech processing techniques and audio-text alignment methods
Strong software engineering practices: version control, testing, documentation, efficient code
Experience with backend frameworks (like FastAPI, Django, Flask) and database systems
Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and microservices architecture
Good understanding of distributed systems and model performance optimization
Knowledge of optimization techniques for resource-constrained environments (quantization, pruning, distillation)

Core Responsibilities:
Work on diverse NLP projects and tackle various language processing tasks in B2B environments
Process audio and text inputs to solve complex real-world problems across different domains
Write efficient, scalable Python code for AI modeling and backend systems in large-scale projects
Deploy machine learning models and enterprise applications in cloud environments

Technical Implementation:
Implement various NLP tasks including text classification, sequence labeling, generation, summarization, STT, TTS, and NER
Work with large datasets, perform data wrangling, and build scalable NLP pipelines
Deploy and integrate ML models with web services and APIs
Fine-tune and deploy local models (including LLMs) for optimal performance
Apply model deployment techniques and optimization strategies for production environments
Build and maintain containerized microservices architecture for ML systems
