We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer with deep B2B enterprise/SaaS experience to help us build highly usable, intuitive products—and drive measurable impact on engagement and customer churn.

Role Overview


This role is more than UI design. You will own the end-to-end design process—from discovery to delivery—working closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex IT workflows into clear, efficient, delightful experiences.

You’ll be expected to think product-first, data-informed, and AI-driven, improving key metrics like activation, retention, engagement, and churn.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design Leadership: Lead design across new and existing product areas; own UX end-to-end
  • Retention & Engagement: Design improvements that directly reduce churn and increase product stickiness
  • Discovery & Research: Run discovery interviews, usability tests, journey mapping, and behavioral analysis
  • Complex Workflow Design: Simplify IT management, security, compliance, and automation flows into usable experiences
  • Prototyping: Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
  • AI-Driven Design Practice: Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, iterate faster, generate options, improve UX writing, and validate ideas
  • Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable components and patterns to ensure consistency
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with PMs and engineers to align on scope, feasibility, trade-offs, and delivery
  • Mentorship: Support junior designers through critique and knowledge sharing
  • Iteration: Continuously refine designs using data, feedback, and real product outcomes

Required Qualifications


  • 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS/enterprise software
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with clear product thinking (not just visual execution)
  • Proven experience improving retention/engagement and/or reducing customer churn (case studies preferred)
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (complex flows, components, variables, design systems)
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance product goals, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Portfolio demonstrating enterprise-scale UX, deep reasoning, and measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with UEM/MDM, endpoint security, compliance, or IT automation products
  • Experience working in Agile product teams
  • Basic front-end understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers
  • Experience designing admin consoles, dashboards, and role-based complex systems
