At Sternx, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Developer with expertise in NestJS to join our development team. As a key member of our engineering division, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Node.js applications using the NestJS framework. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant Node.js applications using the NestJS framework.

2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

3. Architecture Design: Architect and implement efficient and reusable software solutions that meet business requirements and performance goals.

4. API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices, integrating with third-party services and databases.

5. Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.

6. Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications. Debug and troubleshoot issues as needed.

7. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and share knowledge with the team.

8. Documentation: Document code, architecture, and processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.

9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Node.js and NestJS development. Recommend and implement improvements to development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js development.
- Proficiency in NestJS framework and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
